What is your returns policy? In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items. In all cases, the items returned must be in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return. You are entitled to cancel your purchase if, for any reason, you decide you no longer want the goods. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your purchase of an item from the date the contract is concluded (ie the date we send our Order Confirmation email) until the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning the day after the day on which your received the item.
